Cancellation must be notified by email or phone.

More than 6 days : the 25% deposit paid is not refundable.

Less than 6 days : full amount of your booking.

If you shorten your stay you will be asked to pay the full price unless we can rebook the room.

The cottage is not recommended for families with small children due to the water hazards : mill leat and stream.

Free bedding, towels and beach towel rental

Prices : Price/week (Saturday to Saturday) include :

Electricity, heating, water & WIFI charges

Tablecloths and tea towels as well as cleaning products.

Not inluded: Tourist tax: % of the rental price/adult/night. We will let you know.
A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable on arrival.

Optional charges :

Bedding, towels and beach towel : 10 € per person (8 € without beach towel)

Cleaning : 40 €

Breakfast serve at the B&B : 6 € per person

Arrival : between 4 pm and 6 pm
Departure : to be vacated by 11 am.

To book : A 25% deposit is payable on reservation. The deposit is not refundable on cancellation. The balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival.
