Spend your holiday in a renovated old watermill, situated in a quiet rural location in one of France’s most beautiful regions.

 

The gîte, fully renovated is bordered to the east by the mill leat and to the west by a stream. The gîte is adjacent to but seperate from, the B&B. Its garden with swimming pool, sun terraces and garden/games room provide ample space and privacy for both play and relaxation.

Situated on the edge of the small village of Limayrac, there is wide choice of shops only 10 minutes away, whilst the regional centre of Rodez and it's airport can be reached in 25 minutes.  All the area's main visitor attractions are under an hour away.

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. It may be possible to stay at our B&B if you want to arrive on Friday or leave on Sunday.

It may be possible for you to dine with us and our guests at the "table d'hôtes" of our B&B, please ask when booking.

  • Guests also have use of the B&B's washing machines

  • Double bedroom with large traditional wardrobe

  • Twin bedroom with two singles beds and a wardrobe

  • Private fenced area of c. 80m2, next to the mill leat, mainly grassed incorporating:
    - East facing wood terrace with pergola (6m2) with table and chairs
    - Stone built barbeque area
    - Stone built garden room (20m2) with dining table and table tennis

  • Open garden area of c. 250m2, bordered by the stream and mill leat, grassed with trees and shrubs and a private swimming pool (5m x 3.5mx1.2h) with south facing sun terrace.

  • Not recommended for family with small children due to the presence of water: mill leat and stream.
